Amazon Day One

Amazon was sitting on a gold mine of small business stories but they didn’t have a way to discover and tell those stories frugally and at scale. To solve this challenge, I built a content marketing machine that enabled us to discover sellers with inspiring stories based on a series of data queries. I then built an end-to-end video production capability including automated recruitment of sellers for interviews, pre-production, batch production, post-production, and marketing. And I unleashed this framework to deliver 25+ breakthrough stories of Amazon sellers at a cost of ~$3K a piece. And to drive scale further, I created a framework that enabled meta-tagging, slicing, and dicing of interviews across 45 dimensions to enable the creation of dozens of pieces of additional content from each story.
